Emergency Home Repair Loan

If you currently have a New Hampshire Housing mortgage and experience a repair emergency that isn’t covered by homeowners insurance and affects the livability of your home, you may qualify for our Emergency Home Repair Loan.

The program offers up to $25,000, at an affordable interest rate, for up to a 15-year term, to handle a serious emergency.
