New Hampshire Housing is subject to the New Hampshire Right-to-Know law, RSA Chapter 91-A. Under this law, New Hampshire Housing may have a legal obligation or be compelled to release certain public records (as defined in RSA Chapter 91-A). Not all information is considered a public record. If required by the Right-to-Know law or ordered by a court, New Hampshire Housing will release information. New Hampshire Housing will protect information that is exempt from the Right-to-Know law, including personal information to the extent permitted by law.

2.1. When You Visit Our Websites

You are free to explore our websites without providing any personal information about yourself. When you register for a blog, newsletter, or email subscription service, we request that you provide personal information about yourself. We also collect Navigational Information.

We may use third party inbound marketing tools, such as HubSpot, to better serve and understand our customers’ needs. When using an inbound marketing tool such as HubSpot, New Hampshire Housing will implement security policies to:

  • Set up protocols and guidance on who has access to a customer’s personal information gathered by HubSpot;
  • Ensure that personal information found within HubSpot is secure; and
  • Ensure that any personal information captured by HubSpot is only used for purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.

Our websites may provide links to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these other websites. Our provision of such links does not constitute our endorsement of these other websites, their content, their owners, or their practices. 4.4. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

We may employ software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web beacons/Web bugs), that help us better manage website tracking by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages or in emails and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients.
