Notice of Public Hearing: Families Flourish Northeast

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at Lebanon Public Library located at 9 E Park St., Lebanon, New Hampshire from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM on August 25, 2026, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project know as Families Flourish Northeast. NH Housing intends to approve the use of $3,000,000 in Opioid Use Disorder Supportive Housing Capital Program funds (administered through the Affordable Housing Fund) as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $12,822,500 project will be located at 424 Mount Support Drive, Lebanon, NH. The project will create 12 new supportive housing units for pregnant and parenting mothers. The owner of the proposed Project will be Families Flourish Northeast, located in Center Enfield, NH.

NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on August 27, 2026.
