Notice of Public Hearing: Hillsborough Heights Phase II

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at Fuller Public Library located at 29 School Street, Hillsborough, New Hampshire from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM on October 6, 2026 with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project know as Hillsborough Heights Phase II.  NH Housing intends to approve the use of $2,100,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $10,000,000 project will be located at 219 West Main Street, Hillsborough, NH. The project will create a 42-unit multifamily residential rental housing development. The owner of the proposed Project will be Hillsborough Heights Phase II Limited Partnership, located in Walpole, NH.

NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).  

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on October 8, 2026.
