Welcome to New Hampshire Housing’s Partner Portal, where our business partners can communicate and conduct business with New Hampshire Housing.
This portal provides access to our Assisted Housing Division’s Owner/Landlord System for Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV).
Tips when registering:
There can only be one login per portal. If multiple people need to access the portal, whoever registers will need to share their login credentials.
- When you first register, click the “Landlord Login” in the upper right
- Then scroll down and click the link that says “Click here to register”
- From there, you will click on “I have a registration code” and your code. The registration code was provided in a letter mailed to the address we have on file. If you did not receive the letter, please email us at rentinfo@nhhousing.org.
How do I get access to NH Housing’s portal?

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on the “Forgot Password?” link and follow prompts.
I forgot my Username. How can I retrieve it?
The username is the email you registered your portal account with. Contact us if you need assistance.
What browser should I use?
The current version of NH Housing’s portal works with most internet browsers. Some browsers may experience issues with rendering (displaying buttons, icons, etc.) and completing procedures.
What do I do if I don’t receive instructions to NH Housing’s portal?
If you did not receive instructions, please email us at rentinfo@nhhousing.org.
What if I have multiple properties?
If you have multiple properties, you will register using one of your codes, and once in the portal, click on the “Register with Another Agency” button to add the other codes/properties.
Note: There can only be one set of login credentials per portal. If there are other people who need access to your portal, login information will need to be shared.
Who is expected to use NH Housing’s portal? Is it mandatory?
The following individuals or businesses should use the portal:
Owners and landlords who participate in our Housing Choice Voucher program.
It is not mandatory to use the NH Housing’s portal, however we encourage you to utilize the portal. It is very easy and convenient to use!
