Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at Kingston Community Library located at 2 Library Lane, Kingston, New Hampshire from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Aprill 8, 2024, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project know as Kingston Veterans Housing. NH Housing intends to approve the use of $508,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $1,446,366 project will be located at 186 Main Street, Kingston NH. The project will create six new units of permanent supportive housing. The owner of the proposed Project will be Housing Support Inc, located in Newburyport, MA.

NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).  

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on April 10, 2024.
