Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted at Dover Public Library located at 73 Locust Street, Dover, New Hampshire from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on September 27, 2024, with respect to a proposal for financing by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for a project know as Haven at the Falls.  NH Housing intends to approve the use of $1,475,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing; however, the amount approved may be decreased or increased at NH Housing’s discretion. The proposed $2,860,859 project will be located at 48 Whittier Street, NH. The project will create six new units of permanent supportive housing.  The owner of the proposed Project will be Dover Hosing Authority, located in Dover, NH.

NH Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established Rules for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund (HFA 113).  

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email or physical delivery no later than 4:30 PM on October 1, 2024.
