Notice of Public Hearing: TEFRA Pratt Homes

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by New Hampshire
Housing Finance Authority at its offices at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH from 2:30 PM to
3:00 PM on November 4, 2026, or such longer time as is necessary to address all relevant
comments, with respect to the proposed issuance by New Hampshire Housing, acting under and
pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 204-C (the “Act”), of
obligations in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $15,000,000 (the “Bonds”) (out of a
total anticipated project cost of approximately $22,501 ,000). The Bonds are proposed to be
issued to provide financing as permitted under the Act for the following multi-family housing
project (the “Project”): Acquisition and rehabilitation, furnishing, and equipping of 45 units of
affordable housing, located at a certain tract of land with the buildings and all improvements
thereon, situated on the northwesterly side of West Hollis Street in Nashua, New Hampshire,
being shown as Lot 1358 on a plan entitled “Subdivision/Consolidation plan (Lots 1358 & 1359,
Map ‘E’) Riverside and West Hollis Streets Nashua, NH.” At least 40 percent of the units in the
Project will be occupied by tenants with income no greater than 60 percent of area median gross
income. The owner of the Project will be NH26 Pratt Owner LLC, a State of Maine limited
liability company located in Rockport, Maine the general partner of which is NH26 Pratt MM
LLC. The Bonds will not be a general obligation of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority
or a pledge of the faith and credit of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority or a debt,
liability, obligation or pledge of the faith and credit of the State of New Hampshire or any
political subdivision thereof.

Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing,
and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 6,
2026.
